Interview process was extremely smooth, they got in touch very quickly, and gave clear instructions of what they wanted in the interview. The interviewer was very kind and engaging. I had to make a lesson plan prior to the interview.

The recruiter was very helpful, warm, patient and kind yet professional. There was a series of questions about my experience then some about scenarios including Safeguarding. I was also asked to provide examples of how I've adapted and personalised teaching and learning to suit different needs.
