The process was smooth and supportive. There was a technical and aptitude test before being selected for the interview process. The interview focused on more of personal background and interests.

I had an interview with someone I believe was from the management team. I was not given any detail about who was taking my interview, nor did the interviewer speak anything about themselves. The process was easy with very basic questions but the interviewer did not give any positive vibes. Overall after the interview was over I was sure that this company is not something that I can see in my future. The company indirectly hinted that there would be long working hours and that you will have to work of weekends. So a big NO NO!
