The process: Applied - Recruiter call - Hiring Manager call - Onsite interviews (5) - Offer By the time I interviewed at Fleetsmith I had been through dozens of others and none compared to what I found at Fleetsmith. The whole team showed an amazing level of energy and genuine care about me as a candidate. The interviewers made me feel like I was already part of the team working with them on solving the problems being posed. This was such a refreshing feeling after leaving interviews at other companies feeling like they were just trying to stump or trip me up. One more thing to note, bring your true self to these interviews. The culture at the company truly does embrace everyone.

Very seamless process, the recruiter was very conscious of my timeline and between applying and being hired it was only a two-week process. Interview: I enjoyed being able to meet different teams and the way they structured the onsite interview to be mostly situational questions.
