I applied to an internship at the agency through a recruiter and was asked to come to an in-person interview two weeks later. It was time consuming (took about 3 hours) but it was a positive experience overall. I met with executives in different practice areas and had three group interviews.

Applied in Jan/Feb of my senior year of college. Heard back about for an interview early April, and was offered a position 10 days after my interview. Written test about PR writing knowledge, AP style writing. 2 rounds of interviews. First was introduction to the role/position/company, then met with appropriate practice groups for 2nd interview.

I had an initial screening with HR, a timed writing test and interviews with specific practice groups. Everyone was very friendly and my interview experience truly solidified my want to work here. I received an offer and accepted soon after my final interviews.
