I was interviewed by two kind employees via Zoom. They asked a series of questions, and afterward, I was sent a timed writing test. I found the writing test to be quite difficult to complete within the allotted time I was given.

It is a 3 part interview process. The first is very introductory and is with a recruiter. They go over logistics and a company overview. The second is a writing assessment, and the third is with current employees.
