The interviewer and staff seemed friendly and hardworking. The interviewer put me at ease and seemed approachable. There were competency based questions as well as general questions with plenty of time for me to ask them questions about the role and company in general.

Approached by Alison who was wonderfully helpful throughout the entire procedure. She clearly explained the benefits of Fletchers and allowed me sufficient time to consider them before deciding an interview would be worthwhile. The interview took place remotely with both Alison and Emma in attendance. They were extremely kind and informative during what was a difficult period of decisions for myself. Could not thank them both more for making the process smoother and simpler.
