Emilio Robba i went in person and Applied, The process took 1 week but after i heard they took 3 months to hire somebody,This can be a red flag since nobody is interested to work or apply to them. but i was new in the city.
I was Interviewed for the sales Manager About ten minuets into the interview, i was hired,I realized that there was some type of oddness.
but i really need the job at that moment.

First day at work i was told that the group I would be working with is not competitive at all and even though the job was a sale position, the sales manager told me that she did not care if i make any sale ...because i asked her about the commission, this was her answer to excuse the ripp off they do to the employees in sharing only 5% between 4 to 7 people depending on the hours and not the sale that you make. terrible terrible
