I had one interview with a member of the executive team and an HR team member.
Interview was ok but the company seemed to be pretty oldschool in their company culture e.g. full office presence was requested.
They promised me a feedback within one week. This did not happen but in the beginning they sent me an email, that they need a bit more time because of the high number of applicants. This ois not a problem but in the end I received a decline after more than 3 months. This is an unacceptable time frame. I did not feel valued. I even checked in in between and confirmed my interest in the position. And I received back an email saying that they already told me they need more time, I did not perceive this email as very friendly. It diminished my appetite to work for Fleurop.
And after I almost forgot about them, the sent me rejection email after more than 3 months.
Very strange business practices.
Erstes Gespräch per Video, dann Gespräch vor Ort mit dem Fachvorgesetzten und der Leitung HR. Klassischer Ablauf von Fragen inkl. Präsentation einer vorher gestellten Aufgabe. Bestehen auf 100%er Präsenz im Office wirkt im Wettbewerb mit anderen Berliner Unternehmen recht konservativ.

at this company, the interview process was very easy going. interviewers were nice and relaxed environment. there was a 2 step process. first a phone interview. and then face to face interview. phone interview was one person. second interview was two employers
