Hired through employee referral process.
Totally 2 rounds conducted.
1st is about aptitude. Have a basic knowledge about the post you have applied for. And the questions were easy.
2nd round is HR interview were you will be tested both technically as well as your communication and behavior wise.
Have to clear a Exam round, then interview Assitant Manager, then final interview round with Manager. The process fir smooth no issue at all. I received confirmation for HR team within 2 weeks and orientation and onboarding happened within next 3 weeks

Entrevista
The interview was good and you need great communication skills and industry knowledge. You also need to be well prepared about the company and what it offers to the customer.
I attended online, it was during the pandemic time. I received an invite from HR where they explained the interview process followed by a online aptitude test and managerial interview through zoom. once manager round is completed there will be one more call with HR where the salary negotiations will happen.
