Interviewers were way too uptight. I am a serious, dedicated professional with years of experience. They said my technical skills and all were great. Their complaint was that I asked about the company culture, WFH policy, and made a joke in the interview. I made the same joke at the company I'm at now: Much better culture, about 30% upward difference in compensation.
