Multiple interviews with a very kind recruiter. Some of the individuals felt unprepared and didn't ask a lot of questions regarding myself or the position. I also lived in the area and they kept it over Teams which felt odd. I wanted to understand the place I was going to work and they didn't provide that opportunity.
