Interviewed a total of 4 times with progressively higher ranking people, took online math and personality tests, did a reference check. - all interviews were over video due to covid and had 2-4 interviewers at one time. The last time I was asked to come in for a tour and I had a video interview with tow C level execs that were in Illinois. Total process time was 70 days.

The first round was an HR screening round, which went smoothly and I had to take a psychometric test. Second round was an intense interview with the hiring manager and the third was a panel interview, which was a mix of tech and non tech questions. After interviewing three other candidates including me, we were told the hiring team was undecided about whom to select and never made anyone an offer!! Seriously!!! It was a huge waste of time and energy. This organization is riddled with internal politics. They get threatened by canddiates who have equally good or better qualifications than the hiring team.
