2 rounds of in person interviews. First with HR, second interview was rotating between 4 different engineering team leads with 3 other candidates. Was told I'd hear back after the second round of interviews within 2 weeks and that they may hire more than one of us. Nothing. Followed up with a call, told me that they were under some end of year audit or review and they'd get back to me in another 2 weeks. Again, nothing. Repeated this process 2 more times until they told me they had filled the position.
