Screen call to discuss background. Then onsite interview with 3 people, first is for culture fit/question & answer, very casual with potential coworker (same position). Second is much like first, with some process questions at the end. Third was with manager level, with an industry related case study at end. All pretty causal. Overall OK experience. Case study was a bit disorganized.

there were three stages: a regular interview with questions such as telling the interviewer about yourself and some STAR style questions, a case study interview surrounding dealing with an unhappy client/losing client’s supplies, and an interview which surrounded questions on drive and resilience.
