Applied via AngelList, got a response from the recruiter to set up a 20-30min phone call. A few hours after the phone call got an email inviting me for on-site interviews. Once a date and time was set she sent me further info about what to expect (she said I would be meeting 3 people and included linkedin links) and a few pointers for how to be prepared. The on-site lasted 2 hours, I met with 4 people. The first two were or had been in the role and it was an opportunity to ask a lot of questions about company culture etc - one asked me what I thought all the steps of getting a shipment from A to B are and the other gave me a price quoting problem (calculator provided). The third interview was with the director of operations - she walked me through a hypothetical situation (about missing boxes) and how I would approach it. The last interview was with the VP of operations - she asked me more typical interview questions like tell me about a time at your previous job where you took something that already existed and improved it. The conversations all lasted about 30mins except for the last one which was 10-15 minutes. They said they'd get back to me by the end of the week, I received a rejection email from them two days later. Overall, I felt the process was fair and efficient. The recruiter was quick to respond and clear about next steps, and I was made to feel comfortable at the on-site.

there were three stages: a regular interview with questions such as telling the interviewer about yourself and some STAR style questions, a case study interview surrounding dealing with an unhappy client/losing client’s supplies, and an interview which surrounded questions on drive and resilience.
