It took a long time, from first contact to a skype interview then a 3hr onsite interview with 2 people. I'm an experienced manager with great interpersonal skills. The interviews all went fantastic (i thought). No offer, very strange. Maybe they are not looking to hire experience, but if so - why bother dragging someone through a 3 week long process?

I never ended up having the interview. The interviewer cancelled literally 8 minutes before the scheduled time because she was planning on being OOO and was 'really busy.' She said she would reach out to reschedule. She didn't of course, so I emailed her a few days later and she responded with "we've gone in another direction." The entire process was incredibly unprofessional. I would avoid considering a position at Flexport if at all possible. The company is clearly horribly run.
