Had a recruiter contact me for a phone screen and end the conversation saying they would be contacting me with further steps. Received an email that they closed that position. Reopened the same position in a couple weeks and after me continuously following up with them. Scheduled a video call interview (consisting of 3 rounds) with their Sales consultant, Senior SDR and SDR manager. The call was supposed to be of 2 hrs with 30 mins with each interviewee and a 30 mins case study. Firstly, I received their first call about 15-20mins late. That wasn't a problem at all. the problem was when the interviewees didn't give a single damn about what I had to say and seemed like they were just taking this interview for the sake of it. Pretty sure they had already picked their right candidate. So disappointed that the interview went this way as I was really excited about this opportunity.
