Phone screen following by an in person interview at one of their offices. They make you complete two cases studies (one qualitative and quantitative.) The first case is to calculate the cost of the frieght using a given rate sheet and other case details. The next case asks about dealing with a client who lost their shipment. Both seemed straightforward but they do not let you know how you did at any point. At the end I met with a Director who just couldn't care less about being there. Asked me vague questions like "why flexport?" and when he couldn't think of anything he would say "so what do you want to know?" He really left me with a bad taste despite my success in the three previous interviews that day. I read somewhere that you need all 4 people you meet to approve of you in order to get an offer. The director seemed like he didn't care about liking anyone. Hope they find whatever they are looking for.

there were three stages: a regular interview with questions such as telling the interviewer about yourself and some STAR style questions, a case study interview surrounding dealing with an unhappy client/losing client’s supplies, and an interview which surrounded questions on drive and resilience.
