It was a pleasant experience. Just a typical introductory call with a recruiter. There were no trick questions. They wanted to know my background, comp expectations, interest in the company, and why I was a good fit for this specific position.
They moved quickly and were eager to get me through the process. From initial phone screen with recruiting to the final interview loop with 3 people, it took less than 2 weeks. Never heard back about the outcome. Waste of time.
Good start and standard process but if they don’t want to proceed They’ll cancel and drop you cold with no reason provided. Make sure you get an eta on an update either way
