Multi layered interview with a mix of in person and zoom calls (pre pandemic). Process was straight forward though it seemed some of the interviewers were thrown into the process.

Very professional, friendly staff. Well-appointed office environment; pet-friendly; ample parking. Interview process was pretty extensive. I feel they wanted to ensure all bases were covered. They were very responsive to my questions. Cultural 'fit' appears to be very important to them. It was a very educational and pleasant experience. I had never interviewed with a 'start-up' before. So, I learned a lot and appreciated the opportunity. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to meet such a refreshing and vibrant group of people, Flexport! Especially, in an industry that is usually so stale, dull, and drab. Hopefully, your organization will turn the tide and change the direction of this dinosaur industry!
