Entrevista
Straightforward and open dialogue, responsive HR. There can be up to six stages. I was successful in two interviews but did not progress further because the vacancy was put on hold.

In the second interview, they presented a case study in which to find solutions for a small client. They also asked how to deal with customers asking for lower rates than operationally feasible.

Entrevista
No one in the company has any freight forwarding experience and they act like they are offering some breakthrough service offering, but it’s the same as any other freight forwarder. Everything is the same as everyone else, but they have this magical dashboard that is supposed to solve all the customers problems. One interviewer seemed like they cared and the other could have been playing fortnite on his laptop for all I know. This has the feel of a company that will be acquired by Amazon in two years or go belly up when they run out of seed funding because they don’t know freight.

Leadership questions and a very bad case study that is not quantitative at all. They ask about a customer that has some small import freight business from China and how you would try to win their business and onboard the customer. Just a very bad job overall. The interviewers had zero freight experience so its like talking to a clueless idiots.

Entrevista
Scheduled 15 minutes with recruiter which was easy/simple. Had a zoom call with the hiring manager which was also casual, then went onward to have 3 30 min, and 1 40 min in person interviews along with a presentation to a panel.
Never met with a recruiter at the interview, interviewers walked me in and out.
Following the interview I followed up for a few weeks with the recruiters/coordinators for next steps. Eventually I got a cryptic call saying they were doing a re-org and freezing hiring for this position until they have ensured its the appropriate level. They then requested I call them in a month to see where they landed. Very disjointed / confusing process.
