The initial contact was online, within an hour I received an email telling me they were very interested in my resume and requested I follow a link and select an appropriate time for a scheduled phone interview. I received no call at the advised time and tried twice to contact the interviewers but had to leave messages. Later that day I got through and was told I would get a call back that afternoon, but again no one rang. I waited till the next morning and rang again and got my interview. Do not hesitate to call back, as you would be expected to do the same with a client. The interview was a casual affair with the interviewer getting further details of previous employment and what I was expecting from a career at FC, we discussed salary and possible future earnings. They were very open and answered all my questions At the end of the call I was asked to move to the next step, a face to face day at the Brisbane office, which is next week.
