Interview was casual and focused on interests and passion in the aviation field. Some technical questions were specific to terminology, teamwork, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Was able to ask a lot of questions and find out more about the role, the company, and the challenges involved with the position. Took a tour of the facility and was explained all the various roles in the center.
