I applied online and requested an interview time slot. The interview happened at Flink's local hub in what seemed to be a common area. You're supposed to bring BSN and ID but they only needed to see the ID. The interview was smooth, consisting of them explaining how the job works and what is required of you.

Know-how about you. about riding experience, nothing else. Just an odd job. thye will ask about your status, how many hours you want to work, etc. Also, sometimes they give you more hours if the workload is high, but you can also change your shift to another day. so, quiet flexible work.
