Very unprofessional process. It went couple of weeks after the interview and they never updated what happened. It was after two months I got the email that I was not selected.
Flipkart makes big claim that they are very professional in hiring process and they inform the candidate that why they are not selected. But in my case it was standard answer. Skill mis-match.

I applied for a Senior Manager position. They postponed the interview at last moment.
After re-scheduling, interviewer joined 25 minutes late. The conversation went fine & I was told that I will be moving to the next set of rounds.
Next day, I get a rejection email. I reached out to recruiter to share feedback. The recruiters did not even pick up the call or respond to emails
Such a shame!

The interview process was as usual. The interviewer asked some typical business questions. After the interview, I did not receive any update even after multuple followups. The HR mentioned that the interviewer has gone on a long leave. I mean WTF!

Extensive process with multiple rounds that lasted almost 1.5 months. Needs to be closed faster and the interviewees need to be updated about the progress or status of their candidature post interview rounds.
