Unstructured, incompetent HR who was very rude throughout the process till the very end leading upto salary negotiation. I wasn't happy with the hike being given and decided to not accept the offer. Hadn't expected such a behaviour from Flipkart as one of the leading e-commerce companies of India.

It has generally 3 rounds,1 with hiring manager, then cross functional and last fit check with HR. After these rounds the report gets submitted to hiring committee and they can place you in any category required.
