The process consisted of doing a home assignment and then discussing it with another engineer.
The assigment itself wasn't bad, quite interesting to do. Unfortunately I have been rejected based on having not enough experience with AWS. I'm quite annoyed, because that could have been easily seen in my CV before I wasted 3 hours working on the solution.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of three main stages:
- HR interview – an initial screening focused on background, motivation, and general fit for the role and company.
- Technical interview – included standard technical questions relevant to the role, as well as a code review exercise where you are asked to analyze and discuss existing code.
- Team introduction & culture fit interview – a conversation with the team to understand working style, collaboration approach, and overall culture fit, including behavioral and situational questions

Overall, the interview went well. There were some standard questions about Java, OOP, and Spring. I also had a 30-minute session where I had to review code and identify different types of problems. The final step was a meeting with the team that included some behavioral questions

Entrevista
I went through a four-step interview process: HR, Project Manager, Technical (discussion, live coding, system design), and Behavioral. The experience was smooth and focused on real-world skills relevant to the role, covering topics like frontend security, RBAC, feature tagging, accessibility, component architecture, performance, and code maintenance.
