2 stage interview. Suppose to be leadership/culture and technical but ended up having both technical sessions. You can tell by having same people to drive both sessions that interview process is not much professional. Although received "strong positive" feedback from interviewers, did not receive an offer with no reason. Interviewers seemed to follow very scripted process to ask questions on their screen, same scripted behaviour when they wanted to react responses during the session

Entrevista
Pretty much 2 sessions (1.5h leadership and 1.h technical) of thorough discussions about EM role, situational and theoretical situations, reasoning behind certain actions, etc. The geopolitical situation affected the communication from Flo side, but in the end got completely ghosted by the recruiter despite multiple reconnect attempts.
