The interviewer shared insights about the team’s culture and expectations. It felt very natural and conversational — more about alignment than interrogation. Positive impression: FloQast’s culture came across as supportive, respectful, and growth-oriented. The interviewer made me feel comfortable, and it was easy to picture myself working with the team. All three rounds were smooth, well-structured, and professional. The interviewers were warm, encouraging, and genuinely invested in evaluating both technical ability and team alignment.
