Was fairly easy. Asked about previous experience and for an example of when I taught a child something. Also had an interview in the pool. But was mostly just to see how you interact in the water and with the other instructors.

Interview process was a bit odd. Part of the interview occurred in an office, and then a second part of the interview occurred in the pool with an instructor who was giving a swim lesson at the time.
