Unfortunately had a really negative experience with this company. I had three interviews over a month or so before being completely ghosted, which was very disappointing after investing so much time and effort into the process. It was particularly odd as the talent acquisition manager was really breadcrumbing me - giving positive feedback, heavily implying that they wanted to offer me the role but there were just some internal delays while the hiring plan was reviewed and signed off. At one point (a month after my final interview) they acknowledged and apologised for the poor process and insisted they were very keen to progress with me. I chased for a further update two weeks later (as they expected things to be moving then), but there was none so I stopped chasing at that point and never heard anything further.

It was a three interview process: Human Resources Headquarter-Hiring Manager from the team, usually the Senior Manager or Director and Panel interview with two people from the same team in this case it was Supply Chain.
