A very long waiting time for the answers. It took 3 months to tell me whether I would be accepted. Hard prediction on the result of the interview. Disappointing at the end of the way they managed the recruiting.

Overall experience was positive. They were focusing on candidate's personality and expectations. Their first aim was to understand candidate's potential and personality instead of previous experience or backgorund. They were asking questions to understand whether the candidate follows rules, instructions, policies and culture of company or act independently.
