Met with Director of Criminal Appeals for two rounds of interviewing, for approximately 1-2 hours each. Questions based on job history, usual strengths/weaknesses. Very interested in selling the position to me.

Very basic questions. The interview felt more like a conversation than an actual interview. My interview lasted over an hour but most of it was spent telling stories of my previous work environment.
