Entrevista
I qualified for the Skills Verification Test (SVT) for the Revenue Specialist II position. The SVT had basic math and customer service questions. The people who scored the highest on the SVT were called back for an interview. The interview consisted of a panel of three and a potential candidate for the same position.

Panel Interview. They gave me the list of questions and give me a couple seconds to look at it before they reread/asked the questions to me. Still haven't heard back from them and it has been a couple months.

The interview was panel-based and round-robin style with the questions. Roughly 30mins depending on how long it takes for you to answer questions. Some of the questions may be based on previous experience (what would you do/ describe a time when). The hiring process is quick altogether.

I received an email to schedule a Skills Verification Test less than a week after applying. The test was not difficult if you're computer savvy and comfortable with math. Received a phone call the following week to schedule an interview. The interview ended up being a pleasant experience overall. You'll be meeting with a panel of three managers/supervisors you'll be working with. They were all super friendly and welcoming. Their questions were more tailored to the job you'll be doing rather than the usual STAR format. If you're anything like me, you may struggle with relating your previous experience if you're changing careers or fresh out of college. My advice is to try and think of different ways you could relate your time in school or a previous job with the job you're interviewing for. The senior manager said that she would get back to me in 2-3 weeks regardless of whether or not they move forward with the hire. Good luck!
