At first i was happy to do the interview through teams which was about an hour and that i would be told next steps the following week for the 2nd round of interviews on a more technical level. All who i had as a contact was The Executive assistant for Dr. Cole Allen who what appears to be has ghosted me as I heard nothing back for a whole week despite an email follow-up on the job as i was awaiting next steps. If she wasn't available it should be passed on to the person who is in the loop. This is base level communication with candidates looking to work for you. For a university that prides itself on being a "nationally ranked and recognized for its top-quality STEM education, career outcomes, and outstanding affordability". They sure do not live up to the professionalism required to hold that. "Steadfast Integrity" is one of their guiding principles they share that they hold. This was not shown. Very disappointing experience.
