Excellent process. Interviewer was fair and detailed. I felt good leaving the interview. I would recommend Flos as a company to apply to and work for. Great product and management.

There were a combination of virtual, phone and in person interviews. One Senior Director made a very off putting comment that did not land well with me. They started to negotiate salary, bonus etc before a formal offer was made. I rejected the offer as it was considerably lower than the JD suggested. A more formal offered followed with higher salary but reduced bonus package. * I repeatedly explained I was interviewing for an Upper Management position not BDM *
