I applied through LinkedIn and the HR got back to me within a day. She arranged for an on-site arithmetic test, and was kind enough to give me a week to prepare for it. I passed that round and informed her that I would be on a long overseas trip to Australia the following week. The HR was kind enough to offer to speed up the recruitment process, such that I could complete it before the trip. I took the arithmetic test on a Wednesday, and completed the online psychometric tests by Thursday. This was then followed by an interview with the HR and a senior trader on Monday. The interview was largely informal, getting to know each other better. The interviewers were friendly and understanding. Final interview was on the day after, Tuesday, and was a case study, which is doable and does not require preparation. It does however require a clear mind, some degree of common sense and quick mental math. The senior traders were understanding, and used the interview not only to assess, but also to teach certain important aspects of trading. They then gave me a short tour of their office. I received the offer on Tuesday afternoon, and signed it on Wednesday. On Thursday, I packed my bags and was off to Australia.

First was a mental maths test of roughly same level as Optiver 80 in 8. Then had a 1-1 interview with HR, did not pass as had not researched company well enough.
