The interview process was elaborate and extensive. 1st mental maths 2nd VIT test 3rd motivational fit, 4th were brain teasers and motivational fit. 1st and 2nd needed 3 days of practice. 3rd was formal and 4th was being about knowledge and proving that one is with highest motivation for this job.

Online Test consists of mental maths and sequences questions -HR interview -Tech interview -onsite interviews including multuple rounds of tech interview, will be asked a range of questions from brainteasers, probability questions and ETF specific questions.

Entrevista
The interview experience with Flow Traders Hong Kong was challenging. The interviewers focused mainly on technical, probability, and math questions. Since I could not solve some probability and mental math problems, the interview did not go well. Strong practice in numerical reasoning and probability is essential.
