First round was a proctored math test, second was an interview with HR about motivation and some questions about ETF trading, then an interview with a trader with brain teasers from maths and finance (options theory, market making). Final round was supposed to be a case study, sadly I didn't get that far. Overall nice responsive people with flexible interview timing. On a negative note, neither interviewer seemed too comfortable with the financial topics we discussed, sometimes I felt they have no real understanding of what we were talking about, and I'm sure that doesn't help with hiring decisions.

Process was quite long, video mental math test, then video group interview, then AI video interview, then 2 rounds of technicals then behavioural and final. Questions were pretty standard and on the easier side. Too long.
