The overall interview experience is really positive. There are 5 rounds in total: Recruiter interview, tech assignment, 2 rounds of tech interview, and motivation interview with the management team. They were all conversational-based interviews rather than a Q&A style. The recruiter arranged them very well. I had a chance to meet the team in person. Recruiter interview and motivation interview focus on your motivation, interest in the trading industry, past experience, and stakeholder management. Tech interviews focus on your past project experience, knowledge of Spark, optimization, cloud, and system design.
