4 rounds: Mental Math, HR interview, Superday with Junior Trader, Case Study with Team Head. 1. Easy one, can practice beforehand, 70% to pass. 2. HR interview: know about your motivation, your understanding of the role, ETF, and financial markets. Some brainteaser as well. 3. Superday: Motivation, technical interview (mostly brainteasers). 4. Case study on a leveraged product (virtual): need to be really good at math around trading. I failed this round hard.

Process was quite long, video mental math test, then video group interview, then AI video interview, then 2 rounds of technicals then behavioural and final. Questions were pretty standard and on the easier side. Too long.
