O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Flowroute (Seattle, WA).
Entrevista
The job, in a nutshell was to help people navigate the website and deal with billing issues.
2 panel interviews each with 3 people. Lasted approximately 2.5 hours. Almost both interviews were the same but the first one started off awful for me.
I wanted to leave but felt trapped and anxious. When one of the persons interviewing me could tell I was struggling a question, with a smug grin asked me “Do you even remember what our names are?” Of course I did not.
My stomach sank and I wanted out.
There was a quite strange feel inside the lovely silent office.
The looping questions. Wow. It was like being poked in the same spot over and over and over.
—————-
“What would you do if a coworker was slacking off and blaming you for the lack of production?”
Okay, I would confront them and ask if I can do anything to help them if they are struggling.
“What if that doesn’t work?”
I would assess the situation again, speak with the supervisor and pick up my work pace.
“Okay, what if your supervisor doesn’t believe you and sides with your coworker?”
I hope it wouldn’t come to that point but I would start logging all my work diligently and reporting directly with our supervisor on who is doing what.
“What if that doesn’t work?”
Is this common?
“Okay we’ll just move on...”
———————
What just happened?
I would like to thank the person who I spoke with on the phone and came down to get me when I arrived. She was the only person that smiled and made me feel welcomed.

Submitted application online and had a phone interview with company recruiter. Had a second phone interview with 2 - Sales Engineers about 2 weeks later. Was invited to the Seattle office to meet with 3 sets of employees for 3, 1-hour interviews. Throughout the entire process, the company recruiter was VERY responsive and provided updates often without prompts on my part. You were always given the opportunity to ask questions and I didn't feel I was rushed in any of the interviews.

The organization reached out to me immediately after I applied via LinkedIn. There were basic screening questions about my work history, interest in telecommunications, and willingness to relocate to Seattle.
This was followed by an hour+ phone screening with the hiring manager, who then offered to fly me out for an on site introduction/ follow up interview.
My on site interview lasted 4 hours and rotated through several teams, including the CEO and COO (I believe they make it a point to introduce themselves to every potential new hire.) Each team took the opportunity to get to know me, learn about my work style, previous experience & how I believed I
can contribute to Flowroute outside of my daily responsibilities.
All in all, it was a very professionally run interview process that put as much emphasis on who I am and my goals as it did my previous experience and fit for the role. I was very impressed with the emphasis placed on meeting me in person and understanding if my work style would compliment the culture and organization they've already built.
