Good process but they outright lied about work culture and life/work balance. Phone interview with the recruiter, then called in to meet with head of HR and front line manager who I would report to. Then was asked to come in and meet with the general manager. then took personality test, back ground screening and drug test. I was told we would have a flex schedule giving us every other Friday off but they overloaded you so much it was impossible. Asked to work weekends, nights and holidays. The great work/life balance they preached about was non existent for anyone.
