Went through 3 interviews. All via phone calls and/or teams meetings. The first was with a talent acquisition partner, the 2nd with the manager and the 3rd with a member of the current team. There were interruptions with the person's spouse coming in, getting in the video, loud noises, etc. It was not very professional. I was advised that there would be long hours and meetings/calls at night. I was already feeling this being a no-go for me after the 3rd interveiw.
