I was contacted via LinkedIn to interview for the Regional Sales Manager. After my response, one of the founders contacted me to schedule the phone interview. The discussion was very good. Once he brought up salary, we found out that my current level was way above what the job is paying. We did not move forward to the next step. By the way, the interview was via the phone. This form did not allow me to select or edit accurately.
