I would just like to reiterate again to the recruiter how grateful I am to have had the chance to interview for the Process Engineer role in Farnborough. Although I rejected my first offer from Fluor for personal reasons, I was assured my details would be kept on file and I would be kept in mind for future opportunities. The entire process is just straightforward. This experience is only based from entry level position. You need to pass the exam first then technical/panel interview after. Afterwards, they will contact you if you pass the final interview or not.

The first was a phone call from HR to set up an interview date. Second was a meeting with HR and head of Engineering. Questions consisted of behavioral and technical questions

Entrevista
Extremely invasive. Asking some personal questions about my personal background. Nothing but a gestapo invasive interview.
Interviewer did not pay attention to the time frames on my resume. Asking tech questions that really do not need to be asked for a candidate who was out of the industry for over 5 years. Was that really necessary? Just let the candidate tell you their experience and ask questions about that experience.
