It was a 3 stage interview process, The interview process was positive overall, highlighting my passion for technology and a positive attitude beneficial to the team. However I felt that they were seeking candidate for Windows Application engineer, whereas my expertise lies in web and Linux environments. and at the end I was right about that. moving forward I think it will help in the job description moving forward to be specific about which application base engineers they want, instead of generalising.
