Initial telephone interview with basic interview style questions followed by an in-person interview in store with the manager and assistant manager where they asked more scenario based questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Asked about things on my CV.

I arrived and was taken to the stock room, shown around and then sat in the office for the interview with the store manager. It was a very chill interview, I dressed casual and was offered the job at the end of the interview

Simple, a few questions about background and how you identify yourself with the company. In my process, it was just an interview with the store manager who asked me the aforementioned questions and told me about the responsibilities in the store.
