Made it to the first phone interview. They were looking for more qualified people. Super friendly recruiter but never did get back with me when I requested a follow up to the interview, where he said he wanted to send me several other positions that would be a better fit.

The interview process consists of three parts. A team lead interview where I was asked questions about AWS and Airflow, the hiring manager asked questions then gave a coding exam and the CTO interview where I learned more about the long term goals of the company. Overall it was a great interview, very interpersonal.
