Very casual and conversational kind of interview. Manager hyped me up asking if I wanted to work FT but turns out that's not an option for SC's (you only work PT). I was interviewed by the manager and assistant manager.

Informal conversation with the manager in studio to determine if I had decent responsibility and work ethic. I also got a tour of the studio so I could see the stadium and the front desk area where I would be working.

It was not really an interview more so you go in and shadow a team member for about 2 hours, then you talk to the manager. The manager then asks you a few general questions and then asks about availability and if you are happy with the amount of pay they offer.

easy, one on one with the manager of the studio to decide if it was a good fit. Very basic role. Involves both a janitorial aspect and a front desk aspect and you cannot pick just one so make sure that you are ok with mopping the floors sometimes
